Volunteers:
We only have
volunteers working in the
Hospitality Room,
Volunteers can not
get in until 7am at Gate
2.
ENTRANCE

Parking
in the parking
garage is usually the safest
place to park without a
ticket or in the lot
nearby.
ATHLETE
PACKING
LIST…..Bring
your
team suit, team cap,
goggles, towels, food, money
Wear your team warmup
into the O’Connell Center
and wear you district
t-shirt.
Only one person
coolers are
allowed in the O’Connel
Center.
The
meet is in three
sessions:
Session
1 is Preliminary
races for swimming.
Session
2 is The Diving
Events
Session
3 is Final races
for the top swimmers in each
event.
WarmUp
for
PRELIMS………….Come
in
Gate 2
Swimmers
be there at
7:15 (don’t be late…this
will start right on time)
Warm ups start at
8am…prelim at 9am.
Divers
be there at 12:30
(call someone…preferably
your coach to see if we are
running late)
LUNCH:
For swimmers, lunch
is usually during session 2.
(Any
time after session 1 and
before
finals warm up)
Lunch
is on your own so please
remember to somehow get back
for finals warm up.
WarmUp
for
FINALS
can change
at a moment’s notice.
Coach will tell you
the time, but stay in touch
with each
other in case it changes……
PARENTS
and

session
(Last year the UF
staff cleared
the stands after each
session.)
Heat Sheets are: $5
for the
morning events, and
$2 for finals
Concessions will be
sold by the
O’Connell Center Staff
District
T-shirts with all team names
will be on sale from a
private company
YOU
NEED
FOOD….Just
like
any meet, athletes and
parents will need food and
drinks during the meet.
Only one
person coolers
are allowed in the O’Connell
Center.
